Self Care with the Massage Cane (4 CE credits)
Using a massage cane for self-care can be a convenient and effective way for individuals to target specific areas of tension and muscle tightness, promoting relaxation and relieving discomfort by themselves. The massage cane allows individuals to easily access hard-to-reach spots and apply controlled pressure to release knots and improve circulation, contributing to overall well-being and muscle health.

NMT for Head, Neck and Shoulders (6 CE credits)
This course will focus primarily on the head, neck and shoulders but will also encompass the body core and proper posture. Neuromuscular massage is a specialized therapeutic technique that focuses on alleviating tension and pain in the head, neck, and shoulder regions. This form of massage integrates principles from neurology and physiology to address specific muscle groups and trigger points that often contribute to discomfort and restricted mobility. In this class you will learn how to assess the client's posture and movement patterns to identify areas of strain, subsequently tailoring the treatment to address individual needs.
